Kodu lets kids make games on the PC and Xbox via a simple visual programming language. Kodu is a new visual programming language made specifically for creating games. It is designed to be accessible for children and enjoyable for anyone. The nature of visual language allows for rapid design iteration using only a game controller for the Xbox input (input mouse / keyboard are also supported).
Kodu can be used to teach creativity, problem solving, storytelling, as well as programming. Anyone can create games using Kodu, children and adults with no design or programming skills.
Join the community, and find games created by others and share your game in KoduGameLab.com.
Kodu for PC is available for download for free. Kodu for Xbox is also available in the US on the Xbox Marketplace, in the Indie Games channel for about $ 5.
