Testing the performance of read / write sequential or random without using the cache. AS SSD benchmark read / write file 1 GByte and selected at random 4K blocks. In addition, it performs tests using 1 or 64 threads and determining the SSD's access time.
Two additional benchmark tests check the behavior of the drive when (1) copy big files a little, a lot of small files and a mixture of file size using the cached copy function of your OS and (2) read / write data depending on the compressibility of the data.
