  Iconoid is a Windows desktop icon manager.

features:

* Create a transparent background icon

* Choose any color for the background icon

* Save and Restore Icon positions for each (or any) resolution screen

* Choose any color for the text icon

* Automatically or manually select the best color for the text background

* Dynamic hide the icons when you do not need them and show them when you

* Quickly minimize all windows so you can see your desktop wallpaper.

The new one:

• No functional changes
• FAQ update associated with Vista and some drop shadows
• Changed compiler to Visual Studio Express (from VC ++ 6)
• Remove Win95 compatibility. There is no code changes, but apparently it broke with 3.8.3 and no one complained so I assume no one cares.
